刘梅,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2013年于新葡萄88805wCO获得博士学位,澳大利亚墨尔本大学访问学者。2004年起任职于新葡萄88805wCO,兼任新葡萄88805wCO新葡萄88805wCO食品化学教学团队学科带头人,陕西省线下一流课程《食品化学》主持人,陕西省农业工程学会理事,《Food Chemistry》、《Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical》、《Analytical Method》等多个期刊杂志审稿人。

【研究方向】
主要研究方向为食品安全检测与质量安全控制,食品化学分析,生物传感分析,将纳米生物技术引入食品安全分析,提高信息获取的准确度和灵敏度,为食品安全性与食品中危害因子的控制等问题的解决提供了新方法。主要涉及食品及食品原料中真菌毒霉素、食源性致病菌、添加剂及农药、抗生素残留的检测、评估,以及开发研制低毒、安全绿色杀菌材料的研究。

研究生招生包括食品科学、食品化学、生物与医药专业等,(欢迎食品、化学、生物、化工等相关专业有志学生报考,研究方向可根据研究兴趣和专长任选)。
【主持项目】
先后主持国家自然科学基金1项、参与面上项目4项、陕西省科技计划项目3项,西安市科技计划项目3项,中央高校科研业务经费项目2项,陕西省生命分析重点实验室开放基金一项,发表SCI研究论文40余篇,主持完成陕西省食品化学精品课程及省级资源共享课程的建设,获得省部级科学技术奖2项,申报国家专利3项,1项已授权。
